THE ART OF HOSTING

Updated: 10 hours ago

Come and explore the Art and Practice of Participatory Leadership

March 2026 at Kufunda Village

Our February Art of Hosting at Kufunda

We are living in times of great unravelingand great becoming. Many of us feel unmoored by the chaos of our times: How are we to respond to everything that is going on? And yet, when we come together in a different way—co-creatively, listening deeply, making sense together, and sharing leadership—something shifts.

It becomes possible to enter into coherence together, and the new can rise through us. We can discover courage and clarity by coming together in meaningful connected ways.

This is what the Art of Hosting offers—a way of working and leading that draws from collective intelligence, and helps teams, communities, and movements find their way forward together.

Join Us!

For three days of learning and deep practice in the Art of Hosting—a way of working and being that supports meaningful conversations, builds trust, and strengthens our capacity to navigate and co-create—together.

This training is for:

  • Community builders, educators, artists, and facilitators

  • Organizational leaders, social entrepreneurs, and changemakers

  • Anyone longing for new ways to lead, collaborate, and connect - from wholeness—not control

  • Anyone sensing the future pressing gently through the cracks of now

We will explore practices and principles that help groups:

  • Listen deeply—to self, to others, and to what’s emerging

  • Sense the wisdom that arises in the middle

  • Engage with participatory practices like World Cafe, Open Space Technology, Appreciative Inquiry and more

  • Invite diverse voices into meaningful dialogue and co-creative action

  • Co-create possibilities that none of us could find alone

Come if you are ready to learn by doing in community.

This is so much more than a training—it is a gathering of possibility. Every time we meet in the Art of Hosting the new is born.
