Four weeks - 18 women - In a village in Zimbabwe
Together they journeyed through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air to discover their own hearts.
It was a journey of healing and re-membering. It was a journey of choosing to let go of what no longer serves. It was a journey of choosing to step into a fuller expression of their essence.
It was a journey of tears of joy and tears of grief.
It was - in many ways - a journey of coming home.
